    We  also run various campaigns for our artisans dealing with their immediate need. We treat them as Tips and Bonuses for their hardships and hardwork, and we appreciate any contribution towards them.

    Yes. A social enterprise or social business is defined as a business that has specific social objectives that serve its primary purpose. Social enterprises seek to maximize profits while maximizing benefits to society and the environment. Their profits are principally used to fund social programs. 

    The word artisan traditionally means a worker in a skilled trade, especially one that involves making things by hand.

    Brand Zero works closely with small scale artisans, which are mostly run by a family or village union and do not possess the tools for marketing. Brand Zero helps them by using its values of fair trade, product enhancement and good working conditions. We run several campaigns to raise awareness and funds for the artisans. 

    Completely agree with this. When it comes to the environment, sometimes the best purchase we make are the ones when we chose not to buy. However, given the culture that we have grown in, and the joy we get from shopping, we empathise with everyone and are here to provide an eco-friendly alternative for those who want a guilt free experience. 

    One of the main reasons why Brand Zero was formed was to build a brand with shared values of love for the nature and the artisans. The idea was to build a brand that is transparent in intent and honest in its execution. The brand caters to conscious consumers who deserve to know more about the entire journey of the products that they use and stay away from marketing concepts like green washing. 

    Our products are sourced from various artisans across India. We also craft our own unique products in our HQ in Delhi.  

     Yes. You can also find our products on Amazon, Flipkart and others.However, we much appreciate you buying directly from our own website, as it helps us remunerate our artisans the maximum.  

    2. Shipping FAQs

    It isn’t mandatory for you to sign up to complete a purchase, as you can proceed as a ‘Guest’. However, signing up helps you get additional benefits including exclusive discounts, saving shipping details for faster check out and more.  

    Once your payment is processed you receive a confirmation via email that your payment is successful. You also receive an order confirmation number in the same email from Brand Zero. 

    Once your order is shipped you will receive an email via our shipping partners, Ship Rocket, with the tracking ID of the package.  You can also check the status by logging in on our website and using the ‘My Orders’ tab.  

    It usually takes between 3-7 working days to deliver your order, depending upon the proximity of your delivery address to our HQ in Delhi.  

    However, with our ambitions of becoming a zero waste brand, we recommend you to opt for slow shipping to significantly reduce your carbon footprint. It usually takes around 15 working days.  

    We deliver across India, as per the guidelines followed by our shipping partners. 

    Our utmost priority is to keep all our products in stock. However, since most of our products are handmade and not mass produced, in certain unexpected situations we may experience delay. In such cases, we will reach out to you and either schedule a delayed delivery or return the payment, as per your convenience.

    In case of any problems faced after placing an order, you can email to us at orders@brandzero.in 

    Zerowaste Artisans Pvt Ltd will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 14 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resellable condition. Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email. We will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid. 

    We accept all Credit card, Debit card, Net Banking, UPI and Wallets as per allowed by our payment partners, namely, Paypal and PayTM. 

    Unfortunately, we do not offer cash on delivery at the moment. However, we will launch this feature very soon.
